The kids had a great time. Don't know if it matters that much but you may want to add a few carbs in your diet before Saturday.

Awesome. Let Isak know he has a mud run challenger in Hour 2 - 5 laps (though he took about 14 minutes)
Post TNT sushi fest is booked in for tomorrow. I'm pretty confident I'll be full strength by Saturday.

TNT - ARK Attack tonight from 6-7. Meet at base of steps

6 to 6:15 warm-up jog west along radial line

6:15 to 6:45 30 minute distance tempo run time trial for the (extended) Nancy Green mud run loop.

6:45-7:00 Turbo'less core (hopefully together with other TNT'ers)
