I ran a 5:22 1600m on
5 February.
My expectation from experience and my body type is that I tend to do comparatively better over shorter distances and comparatively worse over longer. I'm running the New Bedford Half Marathon on 21 March, which should give an additional data point. My goal is sub 95 minutes, with a reach of sub 90 minutes; the half marathon vdot equivalent to my mile pr is 85 minutes.
