Discussion: Good Run

Looked like some tough physical and technical terrain with lots of route choice on many legs. Time for terrain running is at a premium when you are a young mother and moving across the country. Well done.

Looked very very physical, and the rocks in the alpine terrain looked terrifying for someone with sensitive ankles. Nicely done. It seemed like route choice to 20 was a big changemaker. And also after the map exchange.

Epic run! Great job pushing through; how were the views? And congratulations on your ninth WOC!

We were mulling over the best route choices on 4 and 20; 4 was obviously important, but I underestimated how much 20 would ultimately matter. There were some serious leaderboard swings on 20.

Thanks! There were some pretty amazing views, but also some times/places that were seriously fogged in. I did feel like experience fell running in England was at least some help with confidence and not being as scared of the fog!
