I was going to guess MOMAR but it's too soon. Oh - and zooming out, I see it's in Vernon so it's definitely not MOMAR! :)

Aquaterra - off road triathlon with SUP instead of swimming. Momar is in a week - I'm signed up with James but not sure how that will go given my current disability.

Arghh, so sorry about your back. Hope things start to turn around quickly. FB finished top 10 in Expedition Africa less than 2 weeks after he wrenched his back at the start of Wilderness Traverse and had to be paddled back by his son while he lay in the bottom of the canoe. His wife said he couldn’t lift his own luggage on their way to Africa. Fingers crossed that your recovery goes as well as his.

I'll get the name of my meds for you... do you know any docs? :-)

Good teammates help!! and regular gentle hammy stretches seemed to help as well (always done lying on back, never bending over while seated or standing)
