Training Log Archive: 'Bent

Nasty ski to work - alternating ice and dirt. Some breakable crust too. Not dangerous but unpleasant.
Still beats driving, but should have run in spikes.

Finished up the video of the tour Bash and I did last Monday. Got 4.5 minutes?
