Chris and I celebrated our 25th anniversary today!

Running 31:48 intensity: (20:43 @2) + (7:45 @3) + (3:20 @5) 4.0 mi (7:57 / mi)

Another full day at sea, so another run on the treadmill instead of going to lunch. Splits: 8:30, 8:00, 7:45, 7:32

Last mile included 8 strides at 9mph or a bit over.

Biking 22:00 [2] 6.0 mi (3:40 / mi)

I was bored with the treadmill - the windows were too low, so I couldn't see much out there, and the TVs don't seem to stay powered on, so I jumped on an upright bike. Did some at resistance 5, then 9, then back down to 5, all at 90+ rpm. Not much for cardio, but a nice strength workout for the legs.
