Tight on time to try to run, then swim before lap swim closed at 4, so I just did 3 miles. 5.5-6.1 mph for first 0.7, then 6.2 for 1.9 and 6.1-5.8 for last 0.4 to get safely ahead of 10 min pace.

This was the ride of the week and had the added bonus of being a soft PR since it is a new course that I had only done twice, which was nice since a Feb challenge is to beat 5 PRs. Built a nice lead on my ghost and was able to coast toward the end.
