wasn't really feeling like doing intervals with club so i ran out to purdown through Oldbury court out to the logs by the lake and did 5 long reps up one of the hills to another set of logs and back it was roughly about 1:40 up then a slow jog back down as recovery. then did 2 x short steep reps up to the monument. then finished off by running back along the frome valley up to threshold pace from snuff mills to the stream. felt pretty good actually probably from a good nights sleep. left Achilles felt fine but my right Achilles is a bit tight now :(
