The usual route, tempo interval around the lake. Felt like I did a nice job keeping HR in the appropriate zones. A couple of times it looked like it would start raining but after a few sprinkles it stopped again. Made sure that the Mellster stayed cool and hydrated, first let him drink from the water fountain W of lake (couldn't fill bowl because water pressure was too low to get over the rim) and then let her jump into the fountain. She loved it.

Strength: Flexibility 12:34 [1]
ahr:101 max:121

Lower extremities and 120 assisted push-ups. Mosquitoes are out in force.

Biking Commuting 8:51 [1] 2.0 km (4:26 / km)
shoes: Good Loaner Bike

Borrowed James' friend Noah's MTB to ride along Pierce Butler to dig up some Lotus corniculatus (or birdfoot deervetch) for the boulevard. I was gone no more than 8 minutes; as I returned I came upon a distraught Noah who thought his bike had been stolen. Lucky for him, I was the thief. If memory serves well he actually did lose a bike from our backyard a few years back.
