Easy. Arm still sleepy, but worse, woke up with an unexplained swvere case of a bruised-feeling left ball of foot. Iced, which helped. Internet suggests that it is metatarsalgia or neuroma. Likely caused by old shoes or breakdown of foot or poor forefoot padding or hard surfaces. So I'll head to the shoestore soon to find new padded shoes. And I may shy away from the orock 280 spikes.
