Was going to ride but the gear clatter from yesterday got worse in the driveway and turned out to be a loose snall cog onm the freewheel. Though a bit worried that it might be too mich too soon, I had to run in. Went a little easier, and had no problems. (Some minor ankle xonxerns on way in, but quickly subsided). First run commute in forever! Felt good, took it easy.
Right arm continues to have that odd tightness /tug in the triceps, esp when using mouse. sometimes more, sometimes less

After AM bike in, 5min warmup to track, then 8 x 100 (pushed straights) at 21 to 23s. Felt good and well within myself
