I last did the Ramp Test on 29 July 2021 and it was clear that I was still tired from HT550. That spewed out an FTP of 191W.

I had another crack at it today as I felt the MTB ride with Ben T and Tom D went well yesterday. This spewed out an FTP of 221W which is more in line with what I expected. Not too far off the 239W that I was back in 16 Feb 2021.
