Same as yesterday, but ran 3x400m on the way back, also pace counted the marked intervals and the #2 post is off by about 75-80m so yesterdays brisk 400m interval was actually only 320m or so. Today's splits 92, 93 & 93 using different posts - and that pace count was 152-153 on each. Another cold one, 14F when I left the house, slight overcast so didn't brighten up quite as quickly thus ran with light the entire way.
