"Power sculpt" class at the Y, basically weight work on various muscle groups for 50 minutes or so, followed by 5 or fewer minutes of stretching.

I thought the lunges would make my knee hurt, but I guess I modified them enough. I do feel slight achiness in my shoulder, but what else is new? And I feel slightly stronger -- amazing!

Wonder if I'll have to shovel snow later, or if Glen will come home from work early before the driveway gets too deep for him to drive through. Snow started just about noon today. Prediction is 7-12" for us.

On the elliptical, an "interval" program, at the Y. Resistance must have been higher than I normally do (I didn't check it) as it seemed difficult to push the pedals around. Or maybe it was because I had done the class earlier. In any case, sweated for 22 minutes, then cooled down for 8, lowering the resistance.
