Biking 32:00 [1] 16.5 km (30.9 kph)

Gym time: Warmup hills workout on the stationary bike. It felt good to leave my office promptly at 10p.

Strength training 45:00 [3]

3x a tough circuit:
- 20 box jumps: 10 double, 5 single-legged
- 10x dumbbell clean and press, 15 kg
- 10x shoulder fly, 5 kg
- 10x bench press, 60 kg (why not?)
- 10x inclined situps (tough)
- 25 kayakers, 5 kg medicine ball
- 25 oblique crunches
- 3 pullups
