A hung over run through Eckie woods. Not feeling too hot, but enjoyable enough.

Sprint race prologue and final. Really good fun - shame I couldn't navigate for toffee. Didn't want to kill myself as still feeling dodgy.

Good fun from OJ and NN enterprises.

Lots of warming up and down.

Run from home (sent home from work because the fire alarms went off and couldn't reset). Out to Beeley and then back. Kept heart rate nice and slow.

Core stuff with GC, OJ and KB. Fun (esp the ball of death exercise). I am rubbish at the plank - need to work on this. A long way off HP's 3 minute record (about a 2/3rds of the way away).
