Note

Sick, Sick, Sick. The running around (but certainly not the training) and excitement of the last few weeks have caught up and I have picked up a bug / virus.

Hopefully won't stay around for too long.

Early morning sesh with OJ and GC. Sooo much better with no one around.

RTW and then HFW. Tired in the afternoon.

4 x 1500m. Decided to take it easier on my first session back by not doing the full session. Managed to run at 5min miling pace for 1500 so was satisfied.

Run to track and home. Nails, OJ and me really suffered on the way back. OJ told us about his technique for keeping pace.
