With Leslie, alternate walk/jog along the BART path through Albany. They reopened another section after the earthquake retrofit. This makes it much less running on hard surfaces.
Still taking it easy out there. The idea is to feel good in these workouts. No pressing or trying to hit a certain time. See if my body just starts to step up naturally. This happened today as I felt stronger during the 2nd half of the workout. My walking pace is about 16min/mi. My jogging pace is about 11min/mi.
