Warm up before o race, and then a warm down after. Plus run from the car park to start and back to collect my top

A reasonable run. Only unhappy with 14, which was at the start of the marked route. Looked down saw the flag, but convinced myself it wasn’t mine, so ran a bit further on, and then looped back. Probably a minute. Went all the way round the rock to 15, the other end of the “taped” route so dropped a few more seconds there. Other than that was in touch with the map and read the terrain ok. Winsplits attributed a couple of other “errors” but I was happy enough with the way I did the legs, probably going slower to get the navigation right.
