Hip flexor and pec stretches, hand/leg opposite lifts, seated twist, down dog, cat/dog, wall clock, extended triangle, ballistic calf and hip flexor stretches

Easy run with strides. Felt tired and tired legs so a bit of a slow struggle this morning. Stride outs seemed to help.
