Treadmill: warm up 15 mins at 4% from 10-10.6km/h then 2 x 10 mins at 8% at 10.6km/h recovery 3 mins at 4% same speed, cool down 15 mins. Enjoyed the session as it made a nice change. Recovery and warm down at 4% felt downhill after the 8% sections. Could probably increase the speed a touch next time
