Driving home from Kansas most of day.

I now have a cold. Bugger! It's advanced quickly today, so hopefully it's currently at its worst, and will quickly leave.

Did yoga before hitting the hay.

Started getting sick 2 days ago. Hoped it was just passing sore throat. Today it's a full blown bad cold. But lets track this to see how long it takes me to beat with early zinc(began on 3rd day of light symptoms).

Riding around taking pics of team & others, then riding sections of te course. I rode around for about 6 hours, but prob only 3 hours of real riding. Fun stuff. I don't have any clue about mileage, but I went all over te place many times.

Ran 3 times today.

Ran warmup run with team. 1 mile.
Ran same mile with their dog to run him.

Ran O course and did well on nav except I'm totally blind. I was always in the right spot, but couldn't see O point until looking for a while. Nav dead on. I looked at THE tree 5 times and said, it should be there! And not until several minutes more searching did I find it. Ran 1.5 hours for this course. Clawed up legs, but had a blast on the course. It was well done.

Ride to work. Strava says it's only 259 ft of elevation gain from home to hear...two days in a row, but that can't be right. It climbs the whole way and I look back toward downtown when I'm here and I'm way above it. Oh well. I'll just trust it for now. I don't have any other data for now.

Wonderful morning commute. So beautiful! I love spring time!!!!

10.7 mph. I started out going fast...then got distracted and let up the heat midway through. I was totally in my own little world of enjoying spring time.

Run from work, up Paseo rd to Palmer Park where I jumped on the trail to the top & same route all the way back down.

Strength/Weights (Pull ups...sort of) 5:00 [3]

Dogonit, pull ups are hard for a weakling! But I'm going to get better! On the way home I stopped at the bars and tried.

3 palms out (only able to muster one at a time today...no combos)
1.5 palms in (one at a time)

I can tell I need to work on my shoulder support musculature. Gotta do more weights!

Too many clothes...I think it was 40 something and I had my 30 degree clothes on. needed one less layer.

Ride to CRC, did riverside single track twice. Tested standing and pedaling a bit. 13.4 mph

Walked for 1 mile to check status of Achilles & not over do it. Walked briskly & Achilles good. Ran again, then walked final mile to home. Don't want to over do it on mileage yet.

Felt better today than I have in a while despite still getting a headache for most of the day. Doc called and said my 2nd batch of bloodwork confirmed something funky with my liver. Hope to find out Friday. Hopefully it's nothing big and whatever it is can be easily fixed & fix headaches. Either way, I think I've resolved to feel better regardless of what my body says!

Road midland to red rocks. Starting to feel better in general; either that or I'm just getting tired of being sickly and I've resolved to get over it. Either way, fun ride. Rode hard (but resisted temptation to stand to pedal) to red rocks. Rode some fun trails. Ran around in circles triple checking my cp placement for J. Placed 3 points for him & rode home.
