Hike (Hike 2 miles @ brisk pace) 25 [1] 2.0 mi (12 / mi) shoes: Altra's-Lone Peak (black)
Walked for 1 mile to check status of Achilles & not over do it. Walked briskly & Achilles good. Ran again, then walked final mile to home. Don't want to over do it on mileage yet.
