Ran to grocery store for lunch food & snack food. Ate and ran back with it. Beautiful day.
6 PM

Run to Santa Fe from work.

Last mile before being done running for day.

Along Santa Fe run: pull ups- 6

Walked for 1 mile to check status of Achilles & not over do it. Walked briskly & Achilles good. Ran again, then walked final mile to home. Don't want to over do it on mileage yet.
