Sprint O at the Lawrence Arboretum. Memory O. Didn't get into on the first leg and didn't get the right first control so I went completely around the little pond back to the start to start over - lost 3 min. Was able to push the pace running.

Back to Allen Fieldhouse for another Dog Days session indoors. Starting June 2 we go outside for the summer (South Park). Calisthenics with 1 lap on level 2 walking and 3 more running.

First bike ride in weeks. Got about 9 hours sleep including the nap earlier in the evening yesterday. Temp was about 65F so I had a pullover and long warmup pants. Took the pullover off and still had a long-sleeve and the jersey. Had a little pep. Slowly get back into shape.

Met up with Jennie Pupputi and her sister, Emma, just came to the US from Finland and Mike and Mary for a line O on Daisy Hill. Same as last week but I got a different line this time. Running without pain, but sluggish because I haven't run in a while and because it was in the afternoon.
Dinner afterwards at Merchants.
