Daylight Saving Time - slept to 8 am, but had to work at it, tossed and turned a lot.

Clinton SP to test run the Red course for next Sun. But my Integrator O shoes disintegrated only half way through. Still got to test run one leg, 2 route choices. Need to work on the map some more. Should be ready Wed for printing.

Weston Bend SP - long course: 6.8k, Area west of pt 5 very steep and not mapped as well, lost time - better route would have been to run along the stream bed then look up.
Pt 8 misplaced - wandered around a lot.
Tripped south of Pt 9 and broke my glasses - first time ever to do that. Fortunately, imprint in the soggy ground where I fell was easy to see and I found my glasses in two pieces. Put them in my water bottle fanny pack.
At pt 10, didn't have mySport Ident on my finger. 3 second panic, then looked for the glove I took off after the fall and it was still on my glove.
3rd.
It had been a long time since I've been to Weston Bend.

My distance run: 5.9 m.
