Very light loop, ~3 miles. R-foot started getting a bit sore during at ~6 minutes in, but was fine after some post-run stretching/DT/tape/sock for (at least) 8 hours...

Muddy trails, easy jog. R-foot bruised-spot sore after 5 minutes, and for the remainder of the run.

But then foot was fine in the evening (after tight-socks, sticker, DT-ball...) - go figure.

One nearly full set at the gym (ran a bit out of time.)

Good quad burner, and kinda like skate skiing motion. Feet fine. Hopefully this is prepping me a little for the XC Ski O.

Uphill march.

Sunday Jan 22 #

Running 5:00 [3] 0.63 km (8:00 / km)

A big of jogging here & there while course setting.

Also, stood around in the same running shoes for hours. R-foot sore at end of day - 2nd day in a row where I needed to step on a ball - perhaps the bit-too-fast bit-too-paved run with Angelica & Natasha a few days ago still hurting (in evenings only?) or perhaps the running shoes are too tight to allow good blood flow?
