Short loop near the house and some stretching. Esp. focussed on R-hamstring upper attachment area, which:
* I apparently pulled jumping awkwardly over some mud on a wet-ground day at Willows.
* Was pretty sore Thursday (when I ran a bit anyway) and even more Friday (when I took a day off, and sat very little at work...)
* I then ran two Red courses on at West Point - it wasn't too sore after Saturday (actually better than Friday) but then got sore again on Sunday evening and now Monday morning...
I may do a short jog and stretch later today too. TBD.
Some DT rolling yesterday & today too.
