Sounds a lot like what Okotoks & Silver Springs were like. And 12 Mile Coulee was bitterly cold last year too !!

So. . .you are doing trail runs in the winter out there? We don't have trail runs in winter here. I understand the frustration of running on an uneven substrate though. Makes you feel like you're in heaven when on asphalt! Keep up the good work.
