Congrats on the win! How was the heat?

Not to bad, like 22C or something but no shade... There was actually water in some of the washes so I dunked my head and soaked my feet a few times. Hamiltons been pretty warm this winter so my body didn't lose all it's heat tolerance from last summer.

Five years ago i went from skiing in -28C in Parry Sound to orienteering in +27C in Anza Borrego (and also no shade) in 24 hours. super dehydrated and dizzy.
