That would be awesome! When did Darkside start? What exactly happens there?

It's an under the rader series and someone has to put your name on the list so you know where/when the events are. It's a mass start with a 90 minute limit. The fast people usually complete the course and folks like me find a few few controls and then try to get back on time. It uses forest maps in dark parks. Last night was on an auto-generated map on Mt Frome. The contours were excellent and the terrain was surprisingly runnable by North Shore standards so even though the veg and trails were a bit sketchy, it was a good event. Lots of familiar faces there last night. Thomas, Louise, Ian S, Lehel, Emily R, Nathan, Ian C, David C, Dane L, etc. Sorry you weren't there.
