where's your foot pain located? I've been having problems in the ball of my foot, and gentle massaging as well as wearing comfy shoes tends to help it.

Bridge:

It's mostly lower foot, concentrated around the 3rd, 4th, and 5th metatarsals. Seems to be between the bones but I can't really tell
