Your routes make it look far too easy. I did try to stick with the guidelines in making the courses more about route choice--the guidelines also said that no single control should be set for it's technical value so things weren't as interesting as they could have been.

In retrospect, I should have kept a control in-between on leg 1-2. I pulled it from the final courses. Most people went the way you did though some still made errors.

You dog-legged 2-3 more than most but it seems you were efficient.

On leg 3-4 you did what I thought was best, even staying out of the reentrant. Few did this and we had a lot of people coming in from along the parking lot.

Sorry that leg 5-6 was so scary. Hopefully there weren't too many cyclists. You weren't the only good navigator to make a big error on that one. It might have been the fear that did it. The last part of your route was along what I thought was the best way to go.

On leg 6-7, most went straight.

You dropped down immediately on leg 7-8 which I also thought was the best thing to do. Others made errors trying to stick to the right.
