Note

additional knee surgery/manipulation under anesthesia to increase my knee bend and range of motion on my TKR....

need more bend to be able to turn over the pedals on a bike easily .....huge bummer and last chance today.....if this didnt work I would be out of options.....

I think it worked and I will get just enough bend to be able to bike.....

most people state how great knee replacement is but it has not been great for me.....a real sruggle.....

now I do PT to try and keep the range of motion I have gained and allow me to bike..........I am hopeful this last chance will come through.....

rode outside, flat neighborhood loop to avoid puddles.....my bad knee bends over the pedal barely.....its tight and uncomfortable.....also feel my fitness is definatley not what it used to be.........these are real issues.....not sure if it wil all get better or this is my new norm......
