Was waiting for the rain to stop and lucky as I stared, the rain just finished and I stayed relatively dry for the run. Ran up 40, 7th to Loree and back down via the trail running from GP to Alpine. Felt good for the whole run which was a nice surprise.

Great but windy ride out to Creemore with RS. Felt good for 3/4 of the ride but felt really spent for the last part. I hope it was a result of not eating enough. It was great to get out for a longish ride in the sun.
