Stanley Park Run II. Was thinking of running the seawall but turned the wrong way out of the hotel. Figured it out however and turned around but then was a little short on time. it was just as well because running in the forest was pretty awesome.

Phatty was nice enough to become my guide in the Lynn Valley canyon for a pretty epic trail run (although it was just another day for Phatty). Its an amazing trail system. Even better was Leanimal's dinner afterwards. Was a fantastic evening; thanks guys!
