Planned a nice easy ski however saw Martin at the start so made the mistake of joining him and chasing him around scenic caves. He was a good sport and waited for me a few times. It was a great ski (perhaps the last one of the year!)

Great run with BL, up Scenic caves road (arg!), through Banks and down the Craigleith switchback. Leg felt great and lungs felt OK too. Good to have company as I would not have done this on my own and needed to get a nice long run in.
Distance is an estimate; both of my devices to record this failed!

Tried running at the gym again and felt pretty good (although I was running at 6.5-6.8). The real test was how the leg would feel the following day and I am very happy to say it was fine!

Great to be out again skiing! Feeling healthy again although the fitness is not there...hopefully after a few more workouts it is back.

Had bad sciatica for about a week, then a cold for ~10 days and then likely the flu to finish me off! Getting old?

Just writing off February and will aim to make it up in March!
