Rented a 'cruiser' bike and rode around the Gottingen wilderness...did some pretty good climbing (intensity 5)...first ride of the year and it was not even on my own bike!

Snowgaine Day 2
Woke up quite stiff (my legs, not to worry Tiny), however once we got going, they started to loosen up. We had a great morning and picked up alot of points before noon (even with our near vertical descent to get to 88, which took some time...would have felt better if we had ropes for this section!). Then, the wheels started to fall off. My knee, which started to get sore late yesterday, was now quite painful, so we had to take it slower than I would have liked. But with the help of the sun and the magical tow rope (magical for me, not so much for Tiny) we finished the day with more points than the previous one.

It was a great race with even better company! Thanks guys...
And 2 days later, I am still limping!

Snowgaine in NY
Went down with Bash, Bent, Pete, LeAnimal (may be the best AP name) and Tiny to show the Americans how to orienteer (or rather learn something). Tiny and I had a pretty good first day however the heavy snow slowed us down towards the end. We thought our route choice was good however, it turned out that there were several better choices especially for teams on skiis and/or bikes however. All in all, we were both pleased with our day.

At Hilton Falls with Tiny and OJ. Conditions were not that good (we had wax issues) but it was still great to be out. Even got Tiny to tow the little guy...you are welcome anytime!

Night ski at Hilton with DC. Tons of fresh snow and we finished up just before it turned to rain.
