Legs were heavy and back was stiff from yesterdays run and there ended up being a pretty good head wind as I headed to Creemore. But after a quick butter tart, the ride home was glorious with the help of the wind. It was fun going fast!

Mostly good run from the cabin up 40 and 7 and ended in blue. Had decent legs and had a decent run. The bad...I lost my wedding ring at some point! Nik was not impressed...but its not like it was the first time.

Great ride with DC and ST at Kelso. Although we had a few breaks, there was some great stretches of intense riding; had to work hard to keep up with them! The wings and beer at the Ivy after were equally good!
