Twilight run at Rattlesnake. Had to use the headlamp for the last 20 minutes...batteries definitely need changing; it was good for reading but not so much for night running. Felt pretty good throughout the whole run and feel ready for the upcoming AR.

Great morning road ride to Mountsberg, up the Watson road hill and home. The weather looked ominous when I started (and I was not to happy about the prospect of getting soaked) but it cleared up nicely and it turned out to be a fairly good day.

Went out for a ride because it was too nice not to (we it started out nice). There was a pretty strong wind that blew in a killer storm...luckily, I made it home before gettting struck by lightning! The legs were tired though (I need more sleep!)

O-cup#4 at Kelso
I was hoping to ride a good race since I should have a bit of a home field advantage and I don't mind the hot weather. The race started fairly well but my chain started to skip a little on the first climb so I was a bit worried for the rest of the race. However, I had no bike issues and rode a pretty much perfect race. Ended up being a great day.

At Kelso again on the course. Had a new chain put on however it ended up being too long so their were a few gear ratios that I could not use so back to the bike store again...I hope they can get this straightened out!

Went to preride the O-cup course at Kelso and my chain broke 22 minutes into the ride...bummer (I even left work early!) Oh well; it was still a nice day for a hike which was a good thing as I was probably the furthest from my car.
