Pretty poor run, stomach was really uncomfortable, felt super sluggish and a bit tight in the calf. Luckily it was a short long run on the plan.

Uppsala möte middle. Was having a strong run until an absolute embarrassment on 18, lost like 4 minutes. Shocking.

Nästen from blodan. Chilled.

Running intervals 14:27 [5] 5.0 km (2:53 / km)

5*800 on a 4 min cycle, then 5*200 with around 100m walk recovery. Felt strong considering how tired I've been the last couple of days. Form started to go on the last couple of 200s but otherwise comfortable. Times were

Felt a bit stiff to start but finished feeling good, helped by a nice tailwind. Hamstrings sore from the last two days.

Jog to KG through stadsskogen.

Orienteering 46:07 [3] 5.8 km (7:57 / km)

Jog/walk round a middle at lunsen + jog to and from the start. Feeling very tired.

Wednesday Apr 22, 2015 #

Orienteering race 58:21 [3] 11.1 km (5:15 / km)

Tiomilarepet first leg. Started OK, fell a bit around 5 but used the tracks to catch back up to the lead by 9. After that though got swayed by the wrong gaffling and lost some time and the pack to 10. After that it was fairly standard by myself, bar a minute looking for the SI brick at 13.

Tuesday Apr 21, 2015 #

Running 49:35 [3] 10.8 km (4:35 / km)

Linne intervals in Hågadalen. Session was 4 mins, 2*2mins, 4*1min, 4*30sec, 8*15 dec with half recovery or more on the short ones. Fast start and struggled at the end, pace was hovering around 3min/k. Felt a bit slow and uncoordinated, but it has been a while since some fast stuff.
