Felt lame walking, but the impact on my knee from a recovery run wasn't worthwhile. Did laps around the track.

Only ran 5 minutes of the fifteen minute cool down because my knee was twinging a bit.

Ran 10 x 400m at 3200 m race pace (which, for me, is 1:38 laps).

Was supposed to be a 60 minute long run, but my knee started hurting at 35 minutes.

Did a lot of core, since my knee was hurting. Planks, superman, climbing the ladder, crunches, and others that I don't know the name of. Also did 5 pull-ups and 20 push-ups.
