Run out. Forced myself to slow down because the rest go so fast to begin with.

The usual drills; high knees etc

Running intervals (Hardley Runners) 19:22 [5] 4.86 km (3:59 / km) +29m 3:52 / km

~1 mile hilly loops. were some hills despite garmin saying we only gained 29m.

Felt really strong and pushed really hard on the last one.

Orienteering race (Concorde Chase) 56:37 [4] 9.63 km (5:53 / km) +108m 5:34 / km

Was doing nicely until #15 where i wasn't absolutely sure where i was and just got confused. Perhap shouldnt have gone all the way round the track to #9. But enjoyed it, particularly the last bit. Put my gps route on routegadget.

Run with dad around Lyndhurst. Did it so that I would run hard for a while and then jog back to dad as a recovery and then go again.

Felt comfortable all the way and the last few km's I was getting 4:30-4:45 min per k. A few hills as well

Run with mum. The first 45mins or so was in busketts lawn doing a course I had quickly drawn up. The next 25mins was running through the inclosure onto mately heath to get to the sand dune. Then the rest was 3 times up the sand dune and then home

Run with Dad. Went through Lyndhurst, up Bolton's Bench and across to the sand dune and went ran up once but realised that it was too dark and really couldnt see what was ahead even with Dad's headtorch so ran back to the streets and did a few loops of a road and then round the one way system and home.
Also did 26 lengths of the swimming pool at the uni in sports science.
Cant go to scoa tomorrow because of hockey but next time i'll miss hockey for it.

Road run in pe. Lap of the astro and then three of school. Freezing cold and our teacher didn't give us any time for warm-up. Bit dissapointed with time but considering I was running alone all the time as our class isn't the most sporty I think I could have got 8:50ish if I had people to run with.

Long run with mum from acres down round to the canadian war memorial and back through highland inclosure. Wet + muddy in places and a few hills as well

Had hockey vs Milfield...which we won. Felt awful for some of it cos I was sprinting up and down the pitch like anything.

Very slow run after hockey from home with mum. Managed to find mums garmin a few days ago so used that. Legs felt tired, probably from hockey

Jog out and drills made more interesting by the fireworks on a cruise ship. Had a stitch most of the way

Figures of eight with the slightly longer part supposed to be at 10k pace and then the second part supposedly 5k pace, but in reality I wouldn't be able to go at that pace for that distance. Did four with a short recovery between. Was nice and felt good.

With mum and dad in Denny wood and mately wood slowly. Bit sore from hockey yesterday to begin with but was fine after a few minutes. Bit of terrain at he end

Bit confused on the first two and slow in the scrappy stuff but seemed to pick the best route and only left out two controls
