possibly the worst training ever - i was on such an awful team, basically just me nd my mate aagainst every one

games lesson. some skills, then a game. like halfway through the game there were three of us against like six and our outside passed inside to the inside who then passed out to me coz i was on the wing, then i passed back to fly half and he scored the wonder try. sooo hot though

got a stitch to begin with - not impressed. that went after a while. on the way back about 22mins legs felt dead. towards end managed to pick pace up though and finished pretty strong. no more running till after jhi

Orienteering race (blue) 1:01:49 [4] ** 6.8 km (9:05 / km)

one of my worst runs ever. bad from start when had map wrong way round. then got a bit better. #5 went down to a track i didnt mean too - weird coz i felt like i was going uphill. #6 fine until within the circle. #7 major mistake exited in the wrong direction and just kept veering off. #8 confused when i reached a path i wasnt expecting. next few cautious. then the longer leg i took the wrong route choice - new from when i went down the path, just didnt turn around. pretty rubbish really. running felt pretty good though, maybe should have slowed down a bit.

Cross Training 1:05:00 [5]

massive game vs St Georges. first half we were up on their try line for half of the half, never scored but should have. got a nose-bleed. 0-0 at half time. collapsed in second half - extremely tiring. ended up with a sore back, swollen knuckles, and swollen thumb. 20-0 final score
