Took advantage of one day of great weather to get in 4 x 0.3 mile at a decent pace. One before meeting up with Christine on Scribner and 3 after leaving her at Angie Ln. Averaged about 8:18 pace across all of them, including one at 7:52 pace where I almost felt like I was actually running.

Went for a slightly longer jog/walk (roughly 6 min / 1 min) at Whiting Rd. The parking lot was packed but I only saw a couple on Blue, then one guy running on Pink, a group of 3 on Orange and 2 later on Green. Went slightly quicker for one stretch after a walk break where the guy from Pink was close to catching me and I passed the group on Orange.

Ghost hash - Shewee sent a note this afternoon that she had set a trail at Channing Philbrick park, so after work I went over a did the course solo. Nice trail which will be impassible in a few places in a month or so, but it was still rough enough to draw blood from several locations.
