Yale Ave to Crum Creek trails - ignored signs and ran on other side of Crum, where I saw a fox! Then crossed creek and went to Smedley park yellow trails - found upper loop to return on. A little rain but not bad, probably should have worn Speed-crosses. Stopping points on tracks were to take off or put back on layers as needed. Had to walk a few of the intense uphills. I love this new loop!!

Realized after I got home that I wasn't wearing inserts in my shoes!

TNT - CORE DVD!!! I didn't do the full 40 minutes because I was tired from run and some of the stuff hurt my back. I am in awe - yet again - of Sandy F. She did the whole thing and it was super hard. CORE IS EVERYTHING.

Then Dasha, Clem, Sandy and I played Band Hero - how fun was that!
