Approximate time. Stopped my watch at one point to attend to my shoes but forgot to start it again for a while, so I added 5 minutes.

These woods were also terrible. Not many trees, but so much crap and irregular footing that trails were one of the only areas where you could reliably run.

Took a gondola to the start. Ran really well in the beginning, but the contouring legs really got me. I had a hard time simplifying the route and finding a solid approach to controls, and a lot of them I hit out of sheer luck because I was running in the right direction. Lost the most time on number 7 because the open areas were confusing and the boundaries weren't always distinct.

Four loops. Two shorter and two longer. Did them all fast and jogged back to the start between each. They all went pretty well but my navigation started to suffer a little on the last loop.

Relay training loop. Ran really well but struggled on 6 and 7.

Ran really well through 5 again, but struggled on 6. Parallel error with an animal trail. The animal trails here are unmarked, and more distinct than the man-made trails.

Middle terrain in Switzerland. A few controls weren't there, but it was a fun course. A few mistakes around the controls because I didn't pay enough attention to my compass, but the woods were very fast. Contouring and going downhill could be slow, though.

Sprint training. Did a few controls hard, then one easy, and repeated, although there were enough turns and super steep downhills that it was difficult to run fast for very long.
