I could have saved at least five minutes, I believe. It was a very tricky course, and I would have not made three minutes if mistakes after the spectator leg if I had known I was only two minutes behind at that point. I thought I was doing much worse. There was a lot of potential to have done extremely well, but as I said, the course was very tricky.

JWOC Sprint. Could have saved maybe 30 seconds total in a couple of places, but it was really only minor errors. Considering how much I don't like sprints, I'm pretty happy with my run.

Wasn't really feeling the intensity, and I got stuck low on one control which coated me two minutes (only about 15m off where I wanted to be), because I was stuck in extremely rocky dark green. Not thrilled, but oh well. It was the B Final.

JWOC Middle Qualifier.. I actually don't have much to say. I did extremely well, but I didn't read my compass between eight and nine 150 I estimate that I lost a minute and a half. That would have put me in the A final at fifteenth place. I resolved to win the B final tomorrow as consolation.

JWOC Long. One of two or three races I've really been training for... and I'm not happy. I simply couldn't run because it was either steep up or steep down most of the time. I could have maybe done a little better on the long legs as well, but just unhappy.

Middle Model. Nice and easy with the exception of walking up the entire hill to the start. I think I need to avoid light green because it's fairly slow.
