Fast 5k (19:30). I'm going to try 2 laps of downs so it's completely flat and see how I do. Hope to knock at least a minute off.

41:01 for 10km. (includes 100m of climb in 2nd half. Absolute bitch of a hill tbh. Legs felt so crap at top. Dropped to 5min/km

Very hot ride with Georgie. Accidentally took us on quite a hilly route which she'd specifically asked not to do, but we both survived :) Saw Hugh and Craig in race too!
