First run in almost 3 weeks!! Was about to go on a cycle but started raining quite heavily at end of lane and don't trust bike in wet. By the time I'd changed to run it was lovely sunshine but was in run zone. Felt weird but went quite well.

Par 3 at Woodside. Played with Dad and we were a lot faster and better than last time. Scored 42 which I was quite pleased with.

Tennis with Sam. Was actually quite fun. After being let down over golf and then no time for cycling and got roped into being taxi to rents...

Was wearing watch and heart rate monitor just to see how far I move and how much work I put in. Clearly not very far or energetic.

Lost 6-0 but really enjoyed it :)

Was frustrated about the "no golf" incident so after being taxi for rents and serving up dinner I hit the road and just got rid of excess energy. Just what I needed to calm down. Also probably the latest I've ridden my bike...
40km/h on flat for a decent distance. Probably 500m this time. Really burnt legs.

First cycle in ages! Really needed to get out. Was a bit weird to start with but got into a nice rhythm and reached a max of 45km/h on the flat at end for bout 200m :P was awesome!

Won 6-0 against Beth. Was fun and closer than the score would suggest, but boosts me no end :P

Was planning to go on a run but ran out of time before injections and almost puked after them so thought better of it. Feeling better now.
