Soooo tired and stressed lately, and really not ready for triathlon :(

As far as tennis goes, by saying "today wasn't particularly strenuous" would be a major understatement! Played a bit with Euan and Jake, then with Emily against Charlie and Peggy. Which we won blates :P

800m ... legs died with 200 to go, but didn't warm up much at all and was on my own :( running club wasn't on...

Last week did 400m in 72secs, so hough said he thought I'd be able to do 800 in 2:24... didn't quite go to plan, with the first lap about 79, and the following 83.

Running with school. They went without me! so ran down rapid, but was easier than last week.

Went back to help again after going home to babysit. Did more walking today since we were the last checkpoint, and decided to run sections too just for a bit of a laugh!
